Game info for puzzlers plus BitFun and Xten moved to paying.
BitFun and XTen Faucet - VERIFIED PAYING
Both sites are great and work well but if I had to
choose just one.....it would be BitFun. Yeah, I'm
a little addicted to some of the games. lol
For puzzle people, TenTrix at BitFun is a very
rewarding option. If you liked Tetris but didn't
like the ever faster falling pieces, this is a major
improvement as it gives you time to think/plan.
The overall user rating for TenTrix is 96%, I
would go higher than that. :)
You start out with three random pieces. Simply

vertical. You can fill the lines with ANY colour

Can you see what you're clicking on?
We've all done it, strained to see something on screen....
Although there is a specific example below, this applies to all sites
with ANY captcha or icons needed to be clicked on - set the zoom
level to where it is comfortable to see. You should not need to
move towards your screen or bring your tablet/phone closer to you.
MathCaptcha
You may have seen a number of maths based challenges on sites.
They are usually clear and easy to read but one site in particular has
given a number of readers a headache - BTC Clicks
They use a combination of ReCaptcha and Math. Take a look at the
math challenge below(at 125% page zoom).
Distorted numbers but still readable as 11 - 4 = ?
This is a good one, some are so distorted, you can't see if it's + or -,
a 7, 3, 5 or an elephant. lol
Now check out 200% page zoom. Easier? If you have Chrome, you
can set page zoom for different sites and those settings will be saved.
Other browsers should have something similar. Play around with your
settings and get comfortable. Developing eye strain while surfing, is
not worth it.

Captcha Type 2 - SolveMedia
SolveMedia Basics
What does it look like?
What do I do?
Type the text displayed, into the box labelled - your answer -then click enter on your keyboard(or click the claim box that will be on the site).
What type of challenges?
Challenges are mainly copying the text displayed. Text can be moving, obscured, normal or after a short video.
Sometimes a question will be asked, with answers selected from a drop-down menu. This type is quite rare but if you do a lot of challenges, eventually you will get some. Answers tend to be VERY obvious, even if English is not your first language.
Some of the main types are posted below but there are more.
Instructions for the challenge will be in the top left usually. The challenge text or video is in the middle and icons plus Your Answer at the bottom.
Examples.
1 - The text in this example was moving up and down.
Your Answer is - for the gipper
2 - The text is slightly obscured in this example.
Your Answer is - I'm yours
3 - This one has simple text.
Your Answer is - milkshake
4 - Simple text again but on three lines. Always write answers from the top left to right and then down.
In this example, I have filled in the correct way to type the answer.
4 - Slightly distorted or warped text in this one.
Your Answer is - maple syrup
The three icons you see at the bottom right of each challenge are, from left to right.......
Get a new challenge - Get an Audio challenge - Info/Help
If it's too difficult or is not a type of challenge that you like, get a new one by clicking the first icon.
Difficult to see? Click the second icon for audio. Obviously, have your speakers turned up.
Info/help - hopefully that explains itself.
Just like ReCaptcha, there is a lot more variation to captchas than displayed above. They had small commercials where you described the brand being advertised and a number of other things to discover.......When you see something new appear, it's like Hey! what is this. lol
Tomorrow - FunCaptcha.....maybe. The one site that I visit a lot and used it, no longer has it listed. I'll check it out and report back tomorrow.

Click inside the box. It will then validate the click and offer you a challenge. For your first 10+ clicks per 24 hours, you may not get a challenge.
What type of challenge, if I get one?
Challenges are all picture based and in English. Some of the main types are posted below but there are many more. I mention English as for those learning the language, this type of Captcha is actually useful in matching words with pictures.

is on the other side and not a piece of software.
Typical uses are when registering, posting comments or
giving out rewards.
Without the use of Captchas, many sites would simply be
flooded by spam and fake members. While not anywhere
near 100% effective, they are important tools when used
side by side with other security measures.
It is a fascinating subject - human vs machine BUT, I'm
not here to talk about the mechanics of the problem or
artificial intelligence(you can do a search for that info). I
am here to talk about the three main types that you may
encounter while surfing/clicking. They are
ReCaptcha
SolveMedia
FunCaptcha
I have a number of screenshots to upload but I would
like to try and get a few more. The problem is that these
turn up at random so it may not be possible to get all
those I want before posting.
