PTC, Mailers, RevShare, Hybrid advertising etc. are all valid.
No autosurf or PTP traffic. All hits must come from a valid url with
any "no referrer" hits being discounted from the total.
All valid hits are worth 1 point.
UPGRADED BULLS or PCE members - hits are worth 2 points.
If any site explicitly bans rotator links, do not use.
The member with the most points(pages promoted) at the end of
the contest wins.
